Who we are
For People & Progress Foundation is not an organization that simply distributes donations. We develop, structure and implement our own projects and collaborative initiatives.
We identify European funding opportunities, turn the ideas of eligible organizations into credible projects, and build durable cooperation between the Republic of Moldova, Romania and the European Union.

Bursele FPPF
Flagship programme
The Foundation’s scholarship programme, supported by a ten-year partnership signed in February 2026 with Fundația Oameni și Fapte in Romania.
Bursele FPPF is the main instrument through which the Foundation invests directly in education. Eligibility criteria, the calendar and the application procedure are published on the programme page as they are approved.
Projects
We publish only projects confirmed by signed agreements. We do not publish financial values or results that are not documented.
A ten-year partnership between For People & Progress Foundation in the Republic of Moldova and Fundația Oameni și Fapte in Romania, dedicated to supporting the Bursele FPPF programme.
FPPF supports a One Health research laboratory within the University of Life Sciences in Timișoara, Romania, through the acquisition of laboratory equipment and research infrastructure.
